Hidden path

Sometimes, I drive around til I'm lost. I remember this day a was driving through a mountain near my home place and I saw this path that leads where? I got out of the car and continued walking. Then when I was near those trees, I saw the lights of a car coming the other way. There was nobody near so I started to feel strange. I just went back to the car and left this path. I've tried several times to come back as I don't really know what is on the other side of that hill but I've always taken a wrong turn and I've never seen this path again.
