Rhododendron Thicket, Big Sheepcliff Mountain

In the southern Appalachian Mountains, rhododendrons grow wild all over the higher elevations. Apparently this comes as a surprise to people who pay big bucks to have them planted in their yards so I thought I'd mention it. They can get really big, like trees.
