This isn't a multiexposure shot, nor a photoshop edited one. I made it using an old cinematic effect with a sheet of glass before the camera lens. It was arranged in such a way that the camera could either see the model through the glass or see the reflection of an object standing aside (it was a picture of a scull displayed on a laptop).
