In the 60-90s of the 20th century, the Dmitrov Automobile Regiment (the 4th Independent Automobile Regiment of the Rear Services Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR) was located on this territory. In the late 80's - early 90's the regiment was transformed into an automobile brigade. In March 1980, several car battalions of the regiment were sent to Afghanistan. From the military unit there are 17 buildings with a total area of ​​8 thousand square meters, mostly abandoned old warehouses and hangars. Now the territory is completely abandoned. This depressive area is in the existing residential development. However, the authorities of the Moscow region plan to build a multifunctional sports and recreation complex with a total area of ​​85 thousand square meters in this area.
