Celebrating 17th of May: Constitution Day

Wearing traditional Norwegian costumes. I only wear this once a year, as it is tradition to wear bunad on big celebrations. My mom made mine when she was young, so it has sentimental value. Each district have their own designs, so you can tell where a person wearing bunad comes from by looking at colors, embroidery etc. However, mine is from the west coast of Norway where my mom's from, not from my district. Norwegian lesson over! :)
