Kodak BW400CN "redscale"

I "redscaled" this roll of Kodak BW400CN, hoping the brownish/orange back of the film would act like a red filter, thus increasing the contrast. And it worked! I shot the film in bright sunlight as it needs more light, just like any other redscale film.

    lol my BW always looks like this. but that may be because my scanner is stupid and doesn't understand that it is BW

    haha @lighttomysoul, actually the reason there's this kind of purple tinge is because the lab prints Kodak BW400CN on color paper and not on actual b&w paper as with traditional b&w film. so maybe the lab is too stupid to understand its b&w :P anyways i always get my BW400CN shots back with this kind of tinge but I don't mind.

    @cornborn who knows. but I got two BW rolls back this week, one of them being this film. but the other completely bw film also scanned in with a purple hint.
