Central Catalonia motorbike rampage!

Our group of friends who used to ride up and down the Catalan coast between Girona and Barcelona decided to break with tradition and explore the Central Catalan highlands around Sant Llorenç de Morunys. What a good idea it was! The area is spectacular. Catalonia, being a seat of Spanish industry, is really densely populated, but a few miles out of the cities, you find the most amazing countryside, and it's pretty isolated and abandoned. These were the views between Barcelona and Berga. Taken in 2000-2001, developed in a local photo studio in Barcelona, and scanned in 2024 at home.
