Originally caught on Ilford Delta 100 in the Seestadt Aspern in May 2020 , processed in Ilfosol 3 1+9 at 20°C, but then something happened

The lid of the tank went off, letting light in and letting almost the whole developer run out. I pushed the lid back and kept proceessing and then fixing with Ilford Rapid Fixer and this is what came out.
