Hey there experienced lomographer! Can you tell me what went wrong here?

As you may be able to tell, all the photos in this album are varying degrees of horrible. I had high hopes for this roll but it came back from the lab super over exposed and the photos hardly salvageable. Is it heat? The photos of the horses were taken on a 30+ degree day. Is it the labs fault? I havent had trouble with them before and the 3 other rolls that went with this one are all fine. Or is it the camera? All the rolls previously from my nikon have been fine but i havent taken any since.
Any ideas would be most welcome
