My Universal Meteor gives photos an interesting, tunnel vision look. The square aperture and single element lens probably have something to do with that. The scratches from rerolling 120 film onto a 620 spool is not interesting.

Roll 3 of my sunrise photo session this morning at the pedestrian bridge near me. Giving the Petzval some love with the f/2.2 disc as it's the only way to fly for me with this lens.

Roll two of my sunrise shots this morning. This was shot using my Lomography Zenit Petzval using the f/2.2 aperture blade on expired Kodak Vision2 250D motion picture film. I shot and metered at around 125 to compensate for the age of the film and the bright sun still overpowered (in a good way). Many of the shots were at 1/1000th of a second and the meter was still way above that.

A lot of firsts for this roll. It was my first time using a Nikon FE I just acquired (my 2nd one), my first time using PolyPan F 50 film and my first roll of film with the Petzval. I popped in the f2.2 aperture blade and just kind of shot around the yard. The film has that crazy glow to it plus the Petzval bokeh, and I popped the dang back open on the camera twice. So it was an adventure. Now I need to try it again with a different film! And repeat hundreds of times with different films and Nikon bodies!

The normal side was shot by Topcho (http://www.lomography.com/homes/atropaworkshop) and the reverse was shot by me in The Aviation Museum (http://www.airmuseum-bg.com/) near Plovdiv. The first layer is shot with a Lomo LC-A, and the second - with a Smena 2. Shooting redscale doubles with a Smena 2 is very easy, because it both accepts the film with the back on the front, and it transports the film right to left, so both layers are not upside-down.
