Yea, probably an early 1930's Packard. Right hand drive, by the looks of it. Packard had a very good reputation, especially in the 1920's, 30's, & 40's. They bought Studebaker in 1954, but their styling was dated, & the company went out of business in 1956.
@rreeder Wow cool! That also explains.. Cz there was a big earthquake in 1931 in this city and the reconstruction made the fashion back then (mainly Art Deco) preserved. That must be a real vintage car!
