Around the Palais de Justice, the ancient courthouse and regional parliament, a masterpiece of medieval and renaissance architecture.
The 2 photos with a large portrait represent Dominique Laboubée, charismatic leader of the The Dogs, one of the jewels of French punk rock of the 20th century. He was from Rouen, and the city paid tribute to him with this painting by street artist Jeff Aerosol.
The Dogs best album was "Too Much Class for the Neighborhood." I couldn't have said it better...

Brought out the FP-UL and used the 4x5 pack film back for the first time. I didn't realize it had a depth meter that tells you the right focal distance until I'd taken a few shots. Pretty cool hunk of a camera. I'd also never used the 4x5 size of the FP line, pretty impressed and sad that it no longer exists. I tried to do my bleach process to recover the negatives which surprisingly was possible with the 45 size (its not on the smaller pack film fp3000b as far as I've tried) ...the crazy thing is, the moment the emulsion side touches water, it turns into a psychedelic dry-lakebed lookin' hellscape and destroys the image. For some reason, one of them miraculously didn't do it at all and I was able to recover it.
