Hi dudes. Last times I bought an extremly small (for the 135 format) lo-fi camera named MAT-MAY. I took it to the Krakow's Botanic Garden to test it. Well, I'd say it's really cool. True - nothing to set up there (in early 90s we called it "automatic" 'cause we were young and didn't know it's actually rigidly set up and not actually automatic :-) ), but still the camera looks really cool, it's very very small, comes in several colours (mine is cyan, very nice) and also extremly light'n'slight. ;) The lens is interesting for the lo-fi photographer: good focus in the center, still - nice lookin' distortions around, on the edges of the lens. It gives a very similar effect to Diana Baby or Diana Mini actually. (What!! Holga and big Diana users have their vignettes, so we, small cameras' users have something cool and dreamy TOO!!!!! YEEEEEES!!! ;-) ). The film was KODAK 200 ASA this time, and the day was _extremly_ sunny. So, as You can see, for the sunny day the MAT-MAY could probably rather use some 100 ASA film. Anyway, in case of this particular machine, the 400 ASA would be good for some sh*tty weather, I imagine. One more thing - the camera is cute but makes an impression of being VERY delicate. I advise against making "hard moves" with it while using (including film-moving and the shutter usage). Stuff scanned by me. PS: I dunno if it was some extremly long film or is the camera so well-designed (making small spaces between frames) but I made full 40 proper photos with a regular 36 frames film. Hmmm).
when my dog died this cat come in my house , it's not a abandoned cat but he's always in my house since 2 years !
It comes and goes but he had no name . Since I saw the beautiful photo of ziggy the Weidong's cat , when I saw "my" cat that made me think of ziggy :) so I decided to call it Weidong as a tribute !
