The second roll of the beach shooting I had with Ekaterina at the wonderful El Macao beach in the Dominican Republic. She was so natural and so easy going and in the mood to show all her beauty. She was getting more and more self-confident without loosing her wonderful charm. That roll I finished in maybe 15 minutes always changing between digital and analog equipment. The model and the Minolta Dynax 7 did a great job as always.
This is my first roll with Lubitel 2. I finally got it developed and I am super happy the flea market camera even works!!! Most of the shots I dont remember even taking and except one, all the doubles are accidents. Excited to get new roll developed! :)
I took these pics during a lazy summer afternoon spent in Francesca's pool. Both me and Adele were supposed to leave home in few days and we spent the whole day talking about our worries and expectations about our forthcoming experiences (in the UK for me, in the Netherlands for her). As soon as I saw the outcome of the session I was seriously impressed about how our talking affected their expressions in these pics. I felt like there was some kind of melancholic mood in the air... that's the reason behind the album title.
