Follow the Blue Light

I live in Seoul because I'm addicted to scenes like this. So often, I try to capture it and it never comes off. I was pleased with this look considering I had to shoot it at f/1.4- 1/60, handheld. I want to go back and shoot it on a tripod to get more depth of field.
