Less than a mile away, I spotted a free-standing wall. A demolition in progress - suspended. A bulldozer frozen. Eerily quiet and beautiful. Later, I noticed 2 men sitting under a nearby tree, eating lunch. I had arrived during their break. They let me do my thing. I went back the next day, at the same time, to shoot more; but it was a hard-hat zone. Men and equipment working....
