table tennis

this table is so unbelievable displaced that i doubt the IQ of the person who gave order to do this. it´s in berlin-mitte just across the street of the ministry of foreign affairs. on the other side are yuppie buildings with chambers and flats with car elevators and parkings in (!!!) the ground floor of the building. i would bet that there has never been anyone who played on the table.
