family photographs from 1930s and 1940s
My great grandfather was a avid photographer, often taking his camera with him photographing people and the streets of Newcastle upon Tyne.
He was a quirky personality, loved ventriloquist dummies and putting on a show. After he died his negatives and prints where thrown into a box where they sat for 50 or so years until his daughter (my grandmother) found them and gave them to me to preserve.
