The north-west of the Czech republic has suffered lots of damage due to the coal mining and chemical industry. The land has been ripped and turned around continuously for more than a century, the mountains are interwoven with pipelines. At these pictures you can see the the industrial landmarks together with the destroyed paysage which is currently undergoing a re-cultivating process.
