Pyongyang Architecture (Northkorea #65)

Pyongyang is definitely architectoniocally very distinct. I was always lucky with the rooms I got on my trip (this time it's from - maybe the 12th floor in the Yanggakdo Hotel, which is on an little island), so I had always great views and could capture some nice cityscape pictures. In this particular case with a very old black and white Rollei - I think it adds a certain timelessness to the shots. And in a way that is one of the beauties of film photography. Especially on this trip I probably shot similiar sujets with different films and cameras and in my point of view it always was something very different. In the countryside, close to Mt. Myohyang we were supposed to stay in the Hyangsan Hotel.
