A Kind of Magic....

Kingly Vale, I have been to few places so subtley peaceful and with such a deep rooted sense of serenity. The Yew Trees are very old indeed, some over 2000 years. Many say they feel the place is creepy, but I felt only welcomed and protected. A place such as this puts the span of your own life into perspective against history in an oddly lovely way. I have never had a stronger urge to hug something in my life, a non human living organism, I hope they last many thousands of years.
