Photography is an act of capturing and recording people and events, freezing the moment on a timeline. My photographs are not only as a recording of life, but also as a preferred mode of expressive perception. My preferred subject matter is mostly documentary-style street photography, with the objective of showcasing the interaction between humans and the environment. Through each unique and difficult-to-replicate image, I express my feelings and extend of the imagination. The use of creativity and imagination is essential in making mundane subjects interesting. I believe that good photography works is the combination of skill, practice, observation, and luck.
I have a particular fondness for film photography due to the physical, humanistic nature of the entire process, from light being recorded on films to the development process, which unleashes an undeniable energy.
