Karlskirche illuminated at night

It is a baroque church located on the south side of Karlsplatz, Innere Stadt. Widely considered the most outstanding baroque church in Vienna, as well as one of the city's greatest buildings, Karlskirche is dedicated to Saint Charles Borromeo, one of the great reformers of the 16th century. A weekend in Vienna exploring the plural culture of this metropolis with unique charm, vibrancy and flair. The capital of classical culture, always seeking a balance between classicism and modernity.
