Second roll

My second roll with La Sardina. This time with flash and coloured filters. There was a lot of shots where the flash didn't fire so I double-exposed them and on the second shot it fired. Almost half of the roll (nearly all without flash) turned out unexposed, just as on the first roll. I know that I had been taking off the lens cap and I had pulled out the lens as I should. Either wise I'm doing something wrong or the camera is broke.
