negative "stain" on film base, emulsion is gone

3rd failed attempt at homemade color with only 3 ingredients. Although my pH is around 10.5, the emulsions continue to dissolve. Using TSP as an alkali. I will cut down on the dev time to see if the emulsion can be saved....
