Eastgate

By far the most impressive structure on Chester's walls, the second most photographed clock in Britain (after that one in Westminster) was added by the Victorians along with all the impressive ironwork when the pre-existing gates were widened. Eastgate Street, both sides of the wall is probably Chester's busiest shopping street
