Mamiya C220 Test Roll

Borrowed a fresh roll of Tri-x from my wife to test this TLR beauty. Works like a charm and I can't wait for the Fomapan to come and shoot some street with it.

Also, this is my first roll of medium format ever. I really like the square format. It's different shooting actual medium format square vs. say... the Diana Mini or the Blackbird Fly.

Nice test shots, Be careful, medium format can be addicting. There is something about the ratio and composition that I just like.

i agree @neanderthalis! there's just something about the 1:1 that is intriguing. That's why I got the Diana Mini in the first place, and the Blackbird Fly. But the sheer size of the 6x6 does it. And too late... The piggies I'd been saving for an LC-A got spent on a bunch of 120 film. Le sigh.

I wish you many fun times with your new aquired camera and film and look forward to seeing your results. I think I need to bring my TLR out into rotation. They seem to be in so many posts this week.
