   @charliedontsurf, yeah it really works. The guy at the photolab prefers the Fuji 400asa film (don't ask what he thinks of the Kodak Ultramax 400!), but I think that combo might be a keeper. @chromagnon, definitely! Toy camera + "toy" film = "toy" photo :)

   Actually, I might just try that @chromagnon! Was thinking of getting some Ilford XP2 Super 400 anyway... so I could get some for this camera as well as my Lubitel 2, Smena 8M and Canon EOS 3000.
