I've been wanting a fisheye for my SLRs for a long time. But they are overpriced... I then had the idea that if I found a second-hand fisheye in Sony A mount, I could put it on one of my Minolat Dynax or Maxxum, because Sony had bought Konica- Minolta in 2006 and inherited this mount. It functioned. But not without difficulty: I had to “hack” my bodies, because Minolta had blocked the possibility of mounting lenses from other brands! I found on forums that there were cheat codes, different for each device, a key combination that unlocks the device. Bingo! was to test this combination with a film... Which I did this weekend, but with a surprise: the image frame is smaller than 24x36 due to the hyper wide angle. Which leaves a black frame, let's say... unexpected around the image... So I cropped the black a little, and this is what it gives. What do you think?
