Gates to Hell

Sanatorium Wienerwald. Once built as a hospital for people with lung disease by Jewish doctors. Situated beautiful in the woods surrounding Vienna. The most famous patient was Franz Kafka. In the Nazi time it was aryanized ans used as a "Lebensborn" institute. The two founders didn't survive the Nazis. After WWII it was as a sanatorium. The history was forgotten. Now it is abandoned for quite a long time. I had a creepy feeling visiting the place. I didn't dare to move inside. Only took a photo of the Gate to Hell. maybe the next time there will be more
