As night falls, Ameyoko's shops close while the bars and restaurants fill up. We dined at the local branch of Sushi Zanmai, an independent restaurant chain well known for its excellent value for money. Super friendly welcome, relaxed atmosphere. Sitting at the bar, the "show" was amazing : one of the cooks literally looked possessed when he prepared his sushi!
